How do I join?
Open the Nibblify Partner app, go to Ambassador Mode, submit your application, and tick the agreement box. Approved ambassadors are issued a unique promo code.
When does a referral qualify?
The restaurant must enter your code at sign-up and redeem it within 14 days of issuance. It must be a genuine, independent restaurant that has never held a Nibblify subscription before.
How much can I earn?
30% of the net subscription amount a referred restaurant pays, for 6 months from their first paid subscription. The 90-day free trial doesn't count toward those 6 months, and no commission is earned during the trial. Renewal payments inside the 6-month window earn commission too.
How and when do I get paid?
Once your available balance reaches €20, request a payout and we transfer it to your bank account. Commissions are provisional until payments clear and refund windows pass. Identity or tax verification (KYC) may be required.

Am I an employee of Nibblify?
No — participating in the Ambassador Program doesn't make you an employee or agent of Nibblify. You take part as an independent party and are responsible for handling any taxes or other obligations on the commissions you earn.
Are there rules about how I can promote Nibblify?
Yes. You must promote Nibblify honestly and lawfully — no self-referrals or circular referrals, no spam, bots, or fake sign-ups, no impersonating Nibblify or implying an employment relationship, and no promises or guarantees about Nibblify beyond official Nibblify materials.
Can the Program's terms change?
Yes. Nibblify may change commission rates, earning windows, eligibility, or other Program terms at any time, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program itself. Changes take effect once posted or otherwise notified, and are never retroactive — commissions you've already validly earned under the rules in place at the time remain valid.
