Nibblify is a food-delivery platform designed to connect diners with local restaurants, and is preparing its first commercial launch in Le Mans, France. Live customer ordering has not started yet, and no restaurants are currently taking orders through the platform. Le Mans is the only market currently confirmed for this first launch. As onboarding progresses, participating restaurants will be added and their availability published on the app and website, so the list of restaurants is expected to grow rather than appear all at once. In the meantime, the Nibblify Food app is already available to download on iOS and Android, and diners in Le Mans can already browse it without creating an account. Once ordering opens, the app will only ask for registration when it's time to place a first order.

Nibblify is built around a few deliberate choices rather than one single feature. Personal data is encrypted with AES-256 before it ever reaches the database, so privacy is treated as a foundation rather than an add-on. Buy-one-get-one deals are applied automatically and verified on the server, so the price shown at checkout cannot be altered. Once restaurants are live, diners will be able to browse the full catalog and every menu without creating an account first — registration only becomes necessary when it's time to order. Anyone with an account can also export their personal data as a JSON file directly from the app, with any encrypted fields automatically decrypted for them. Together, these choices describe how Nibblify intends to handle data and pricing as the platform grows: encrypted by default, verifiable at checkout, and accessible to the people it belongs to.

From Craving to Doorstep

Once commercial ordering opens in Le Mans, using Nibblify Food is intended to follow one connected flow from search to delivery. Diners will start by discovering real menus and photos from nearby restaurants, rather than generic listings. From there, building a cart and placing an order is designed to take only a few taps, with cash on delivery available as a payment option at launch. After an order is placed, diners will be able to follow it live, from the moment the kitchen starts preparing it to the moment it arrives at their street. The intended experience ends with the food reaching the door, followed by the option to rate it. This describes the flow as it is designed to work once live ordering begins — commercial ordering in Le Mans has not started yet, so none of these steps are active today.

Yes, at restaurants that offer pre-orders. Look for the “Pre-order” badge, then choose “Schedule” at checkout to book a 30-minute slot up to 7 days ahead, with at least 1 hour's notice. You can cancel free of charge until 1 hour before. Live customer ordering in Le Mans has not started yet.
