How to Delete Your Account

We have made the process simple and secure. You have options to delete your data instantly via the app or by contacting support.

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

Delete your account instantly without waiting. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open the Nibblify Food app.
  2. Navigate to "My Account" page.
  3. Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Option 2: Contact Support

Prefer assistance or having trouble? Our team can help:

  1. Go to "Support" section inside the app.
  2. Start a chat and request deletion.
  3. Our team will verify your identity and process it immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Please note that this action is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed:

  • Your name, phone number, and saved addresses will be permanently wiped from our secure servers.
  • Your entire order history will be deleted.
  • Any loyalty points, rewards, or wallet balance will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
